FOR USERS OF AGENTLINK: Your use of these Sites is subject to your Agency Agreement with SECURA and your authority to access AgentLinkSM-- shall terminate with the termination of the Agency Agreement or your agency relationship with SECURA. Nothing within this Site expands the authority of any agent or agency beyond that which is provided by the Agency Agreement.

Information provided by you through our Sites is used for SECURA business purposes only in order to service your needs as an agent. You must keep your user name and password secure and notify SECURA immediately if the password becomes known to any unauthorized user or if you suspect that there has been unauthorized use of your password. Any information provided to SECURA subsequent to the use of a password shall remain confidential to the extent reasonably possible.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
