Emily Morlan
Emily Morlan is originally from New Albany, Ind. She attended Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Upon graduating from IU, she went on to earn her Masters of Science degree in Occupational Safety Management at Indiana State University. During this time, Emily also obtained her Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation through the BCSP.
Upon graduating college, Emily worked as a safety coordinator for Crew Carwash where she oversaw the safety and Workers’ Compensation for 30 locations throughout the state of Indiana. Prior to joining SECURA, Emily was a safety consultant for the Indiana Department of Labor and provided educational and consultative services to employers throughout the state.
Emily is currently living in Indianapolis with her husband, Kyle and their son, Reece as well as their two dogs, Millie and Murphy. In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with her friends and family.

Sara Steinhiser
Sara Steinhiser is originally from Michigan City, Indiana and attended Indiana University.
Prior to joining SECURA in 2013, Sara was an independent loss control representative and performed field services in central and southern Indiana. She started her career in San Diego, California working as an environmental safety engineer for an international coatings manufacturer. During that time, she oversaw regulatory compliance and loss control for high volume production facilities, retail stores, and distribution centers in 21 states and three foreign countries.
Sara has earned the Associate in Risk Management and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist designations. She is providing risk management services to SECURA policyholders in the tri-state region of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
