What safety resources are available to me?

To help make your work environment as safe as possible, we provide complimentary resources, including on-demand video trainings, customizable written programs, forms, audit checklists and safety talks for a wide range of industries. Our policyholders also have access to discounted partner rates for OSHA 10 and 30 hour certification courses, and a comprehensive learning management system powered by Evolved Safety.

What can I expect when a risk management consultant comes to visit? How long does a visit take?

Generally an on-site visits takes 45 minutes to an hour, though time can vary based on operations and number of locations you have. When a risk manager arrives, we typically meet with you to discuss your company’s operations and any concerns you may have. Then we conduct a walk-through survey of your property to note any potential hazards. At the end of the visit, we share our notes, and discuss recommendations and solutions. After the visit, we send a follow-up letter with the recommendations for your records.

What services does our Risk Management team provide?

Here at SECURA Insurance, we offer site visits and consultations, help with regulatory compliance, evaluation of your current safety programs, and loss review trend analysis. We can even help you establish accident investigation and hazard awareness training, or help you create a safety committee. We’re here to partner with you to improve your workplace safety.
