Fitness center:
Our beautiful fitness facility is available for associates and their family members to use. It’s equipped with plenty of spin bikes, treadmills, step machines, ellipticals, free weights, and a complete circuit system. We also offer instructor-led fitness classes, personal trainer services, and walking and biking trails around the building grounds. For associates working from our Middleton office, the field, or their homes, we offer a reimbursement program for fitness club memberships.
On-site café
There’s something for everyone to enjoy at SECURA’s affordable on-site café. Lunch options include a variety of entrees, a salad bar, hot soups, made-to-order sandwiches, fresh fruit, snacks, and more. The café staff is also more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. We have breakfast options including a variety of freshly brewed Door County Coffee.
Game room
Kick back after a long day or challenge fellow associates to a lunchtime duel in the game room. It’s equipped with a Nintendo Switch, pool table, ping pong table, and dart board.
Casual dress code
We offer a relaxed dress code to our associates. Whether it’s a sweatshirt, shorts, jeans, or more formal attire, we want our associates to be comfortable at work and encourage them to dress for their day.
Rewards and recognition
Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed at SECURA. In addition to performance bonuses and length of service awards, we also offer a unique High Five program for peer-to-peer recognition.
Get involved
SECURA associates are encouraged to get involved in their communities. Through the years, we’ve partnered with nonprofit organizations like United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Foster Elementary School, and many other charitable groups. Click here to see how.
Sustainability
Our home office prioritizes the health and well-being of our associates and the environment. It was awarded a Gold WELL certificate based on elements like natural lighting, air and water quality, and thermal comfort. The office uses occupancy and motion sensor lighting to save energy and has a solar field made up of solar panels that supply 15% of the building’s energy.
Professional development
We invest in our associates’ growth, both personally and professionally. We offer numerous in-house professional development opportunities to our associates, including mentoring programs and insurance education. We encourage associates to follow their passions and own their own career.
Vehicle maintenance
We offer offsite vehicle maintenance services for our home office associates. Your car is picked up in the morning and returned before you leave for the day.
Orientation
We want our new associates to feel right at home, which is why we have a variety of programs to help associates get settled. Quick Start is a two-day program designed to help you get to know other new associates and learn about all of our departments directly from division leaders. We also offer new associate mentoring lunches where new and veteran associates have lunch together. It’s a great way to get to know other people in the company and a chance to ask questions.

If you get stumped during the application process, feel free to contact us.
Phone interview
If we feel you’re qualified for the position, an HR associate will contact you to schedule a phone interview. This interview is used to gauge your attitude and the energy you’ll bring to the team.
On-site interview
If we feel you’re a good fit for the position, we’ll schedule an on-site interview. During this interview, the job you’re applying for will be explained in full. You may meet with different groups of associates, such as executives, possible teammates, and/or department leaders.
Final steps
Within four weeks you’ll receive a notification of hire, and if applicable, an offer of employment. We take our time to ensure there is mutual match.
Our internship program
We offer challenging, hands-on internships with no coffee runs! Our paid internships are available for all majors who can work across a variety of departments. Our interns enjoy the same perks we offer our full-time associates, including access to our building amenities, flexible work/life schedules, career growth opportunities, and more.
