Neenah, Wis. (Aug. 7, 2024) – SECURA Insurance promoted three company leaders: Mike Campbell, Vice President–Specialty Lines Underwriting; Sarah Endter, Vice President–Underwriting Services; and Kevin Klestinski, Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer.

Mike Campbell, Vice President–Specialty Lines Underwriting
Campbell joined SECURA in 2013 as a Specialty Lines underwriter. He has held progressive roles on the Specialty Lines team with the most recent being director–Specialty Lines underwriting. During his time in the role, he has helped lead Specialty Lines growth.
Campbell obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance, risk, and insurance from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and Master of Business Administration in accounting from Edgewood College.
Sarah Endter, Vice President–Underwriting Services
Endter has been with SECURA since 1994. She has held many positions at the company, including business analyst, Commercial Lines underwriter, and most recently, director–underwriting services where she oversees the underwriting customer service areas.
Endter earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UW Oshkosh and obtained her black belt in continuous improvement, Scrum Product Owner certification, and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
Kevin Klestinski, Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer
Klestinski joined SECURA in 2015 as Vice President–Specialty Lines Underwriting where he was responsible for the profitability of the carrier’s Specialty Lines property and casualty insurance products. He was promoted to Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer in 2022.
Prior to joining SECURA, Klestinski worked as vice president of property and casualty underwriting at CapSpecialty Insurance where he led both their Admitted and E&S divisions, and he also held various commercial underwriting roles at Acuity Insurance. Klestinski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis., and has the CPCU, CIC, CPIA, ASLI, AU, and AIS designations.
