SECURA Insurance hires Puskas as Market Manager

Appleton, Wisconsin (September 6, 2017) — SECURA Insurance recently hired Lisa Puskas as Market Manager for its Milwaukee Territory.

Lisa comes to SECURA with more than 25 years of insurance experience. Most recently, she was a Territory Manager with Liberty Mutual. She was responsible for managing a core group of Independent insurance agents: marketing and selling all commercial property and casualty lines of business including construction and national accounts. Lisa gained experience from various sales positions at companies including The Hartford Insurance Company, St. Paul Travelers, Wausau Insurance, and Axis Capital. At Axis Capital, Lisa held the position of Marketing Director and managed projects and penetration of multiple distribution channels and strategies.

Through the years, Lisa has received numerous awards celebrating her hard work, including: Wausau Insurance Diamond Bravo Award and Liberty Mutual Middle Market Top Sales Production in Western Division.

Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She is working toward her CPCU designation. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor, an Associate in Underwriting, and has participated in a number of sales-focused professional development seminars throughout her career.
