When we lift up everyone, we become one. In 2017, the Diversity and Inclusion team was developed by six dedicated associates with a mission to influence a more diverse and inclusive culture for our agents, policyholders, communities, and each other. To support their vision, the team holds educational events for associates, and partners with agencies to deliver unconscious bias training and facilitate diversity conversations.
We network with organizations that champion diversity and inclusion, such as the Fox Cities Diversity Officers Collaborative, and our associates continue to develop resource groups, such as the Black Ally Resource Group, to foster diversity and inclusion within our company.
